Phase 1: Utilities

This is the first phase of our park construction. This includes the initial trenching and boring for utility pathways as well as the installation of electrical, water, and sewer.

Phase 2: Foundation

This portion of construction includes the laying of foundational material for both the park and the parking lot. It also entailed the clearing of certain trees. The beautiful wooded area made it difficult to choose which trees would stay and which would go. The trees that remain at the venue were carefully selected for their shade and age. They contribute greatly to the scenic charm of the space. Surrounding the entire venue, these trees also serve as a natural barrier softening sound and blocking strong winds while still allowing a gentle breeze to pass through.

Phase 4: Accomadations

Being an outdoor venue, we have taken careful consideration of the accommodations we aim to provide to our consumers. We have opted to place fans throughout the park to supplement our park-wide water misting system. Additionally, we will hang string lights around the premises and placed a variety of seating throughout the park. Whether its the dreadful summer heat, or breezy autumn nights, we have you covered!

Phase 5: Amenities

Finally, we arrive at the fun-filled amenities that will separate us from any ol' food truck park. We will erect a large LED screen at the end of the park for big games and family movie nights. We will also include a bounce house area for the little ones as well. We take pride in our unique wooded vibe that will provide an intimate live music environment. These elements will highlight the finale of the construction process and prepare for the long awaited grand opening!
